Open any ladder you've joined and tap on a player ranked above you to challenge them. They'll get a notification and can accept or decline. Once accepted, coordinate a time and hit the court!

All your active challenges live on the Challenges screen. From there you can see who you've challenged, who's challenged you, and the status of each one. You can also cancel or withdraw a pending challenge or record a score once you've played.

Each ladder sets its own limits for how many outgoing and incoming challenges you can have open at the same time. By default, you can have 1 outgoing and 1 incoming challenge per ladder. Your club admin can adjust these limits.

Your position on the ladder is based on match results. When you beat a player ranked higher than you, you take their position and climb the ladder. The more you win against higher-ranked players, the faster you rise.

After your match, either player can record the score directly from the challenge. Tap into your active challenge, enter the score and submit. Your opponent will get a notification to confirm.

If a challenge isn't accepted within the time limit, it automatically expires. No worries — you can send a new challenge right away. Expired challenges can affect your ranking. Too many non-responses can also lead to suspension from the ladder or removal.

If the recorded score doesn't look right, you can dispute it. Your club admin will step in to review and make the final call. The match stays marked as disputed in your history until it's resolved.

First, join a club from the Clubs tab. Once you're a member of a club that has an active ladder, open the ladder and tap "Join" to start challenging other players.

Absolutely! You can be a member of as many clubs as you like and play on multiple ladders at the same time. Each ladder tracks your ranking independently.

Tap your profile picture in the top right, then hit the settings icon. From there you can update your name, photo, cover image, playing style, skill level, and notification preferences.

Achievements unlock automatically as you play matches and hit milestones — like your first win, a winning streak, or climbing to the top of a ladder. Check your profile to track your progress.

Tap your profile picture in the top right then hit create a club or you can go to the Clubs tab and tap "Create New Club". Add your club name, upload a logo, and you're good to go. As the club creator, you'll be the admin and can invite members and manage ladders.

As a club admin, go to your club page and tap "Create Ladder". Give it a name, set the challenge rules (like how many open challenges a player can have), and invite your members to join. The ladder is live as soon as players start joining.
